How is this different from a traditional PR agency?

First things first, we’re NOT a PR agency. We build communications infrastructure – we partner with you to build your team’s capabilities. We provide integrated communications support encompassing comprehensive earned media strategy, marketing communications, employer branding and recruitment marketing . We start upstream – making sure your story is actually clear first. A journalist can’t sell a confused narrative. We fix the narrative. Then PR becomes 10x more effective.

Can I do the Comms System without the workshop?

Absolutely. The templates are self-contained. The workshop is for teams who want live guidance, accountability, and group learning (or incubators / accelerators who want to batch multiple founders).

What if we’re pre-seed with almost no budget?

The System is designed for lean teams. It’s affordable, self-paced, and designed to work with a founder + 2-3 junior team members. If you need hands-on advisory, that’s a different engagement.

How do you customize for our industry?

The fractional communications head option includes an audit of your specific sector. For the System, the templates are horizontal (work across industries) but we provide market-specific examples and adjustments.
